From time to time we may alter individual item prices, delivery settings and/or delivery costs. This will be done entirely at our own discretion, and will be done in the best interests of our business. Please note, a number of our products are supplied by third party distributers and maunfacturers. They will be shipped direct to the customer having been provided for sale by ourselves.

Distance Selling Regulations
This gives protection to consumers who shop by phone, mail order, via the Internet or digital TV. The protection includes:
- The right to receive clear information about goods and services before deciding to buy
- Confirmation of this information in writing
- A cooling off period of seven working days in which the consumer can withdraw from the contract
- Protection from credit card fraud
The cooling off period does NOT apply to products customised to the buyers specification. Any products ordered that are personalised or customised in any way may not be returned. For more details on returns, please see our Delivery & Returns page.
Please be aware that some of these gifts may take up to ten working days to be processed. If you need your gift before this time, please email us to enquire about delivery times.
If you have ordered a personalised gift and it arrives in an incorrect format we will investigate who is at fault. If you have provided incorrect information we will not be ale to bear the cost of replacement but we may be able to offer a discount for a replacement. If the fault is ours, we will replace at no extra cost to you. Refunds will not be made until goods have been returned if that is what we request.
Please be aware that in the case of personalised photo products, the size and quality of the photo provided is key to the final look of the product. A smaller photo for a larger product will need to be enlarged and will therefore loose some quality and sharpness. Note the size of the finished product and enlarge your photo accordingly for the best quality finished product before you send it to us. We cannot be held responsible for the quality of the final product if it is the fault of the original photo, be it either size or quality. Photos should be at least 1mb in size.
Product Images and Personalisation
We reserve the right to remove or modify any product contained in the website. Our contract with you as a buyer does not begin until the item has been dispatched.
Most of our product shots are supplied by the manufacturer of the product, and as such we may only have access to certain views and angles of each product. Please be aware that a product photo is sometimes seen differently in your browser depending on the colour balance and settings of your computer or laptop monitor or screen.
Products that are engraved, embroidered or are in some way personalised may have the text set slightly differently as described in the product description if it either suits the product or the personalisation better or if it is required by the engraver. If this is important to you, please email with any enquiry before you order.
Refunding An Order
Any refunds will be made using the same payment method as used for the original purchase, whenever possible. Occasionally, Nochex payments may need to be refunded using a PayPal payment.

Secure Shopping Information
Your credit or debit card transactions are secure at My Personalised Gifts. Every order we receive is checked against fraud as well as authentication processes before we complete it.
We utilise Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your name, address and credit card information. This technology ensures the information that passes from your computer to our payment processor (PayPal or Nochex) cannot be deciphered or read in the unlikely event of someone intercepting it.
When you enter the checkout phase of your purchase you will notice a locked padlock symbol in your browser and the "http://" part of our address will change to "https://". The "s" in "https://" stands for "secure".
All major credit and debit cards are accepted My Personalised Gifts.
We will ask for your security code when you enter your card details. This is the last three digits on the signature strip on the back of your credit or debit card. It guarantees that you physically have the card when you order and ensures that fraudulent orders cannot be placed with your card number alone. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. We value your privacy.
We also use Google Checkout. You can use Google Checkout to purchase single items quickly and efficiently. With Google Checkout, you can quickly and easily buy from My Personalised Gifts and many other shops across the web. If you have used Google Checkout before, all you need to do is provide your Checkout username and password to buy from us. If you are using Google Checkout for the first time, you only have to fill out a single page of information to make your first purchase. After that, you just need to enter your Google Checkout login to make a purchase. There is no need to re-enter your purchase information or create multiple usernames and passwords each time that you buy from different sites.
When you buy with Google Checkout, you can track all your orders in one place and shop with confidence knowing that Google protects you from unauthorised purchases.
We also use PayPal. If you have a valid PayPal account you can pay by PayPal. If you chose to pay via PayPal you will be transferred to PayPal and then back to us to complete your transaction.
Collection of Information
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to our newsletter subscriber list.

Discounts are wholly at our discretion. We reserve the right to remove them at any time. Discounts are taken off the sale price only if certain conditions are met. Only one discount may be used for each purchase. Shipping discounts may override other discounts.
