Distance Selling Regulations give protection to consumers who shop by phone, mail order, via the Internet or digital TV.
The protection includes:
• The right to receive clear information about goods and services before deciding to buy;
• Confirmation of this information in writing;
• A cooling off period of seven working days in which the consumer can withdraw from the contract;
• Protection from credit card fraud.
The cooling off period does NOT apply to products customised to the buyers specification.
In all cases - missing/faulty/incorrect or incomplete orders you must email us within two days of the delivery or expected delivery. We will do our best to resolve it.
If you have ordered a personalised gift and it arrives in an incorrect format we will investigate who is at fault. If you have provided incorrect information we will not be ale to bear the cost of replacement but we may be able to offer a discount for a replacement. If the fault is ours, we will replace for at no extra cost to you.
Please bear in mind you must contact us first by email in the case of any return as we may provide you with an alternative address. You may not return any item until you have emailed and we have agreed a return. We do, of course, comply with British law on Distance selling.
Please reserve the right to remove or modify any product contained in the website. Our contract with you as a buyer does not begin until the item has been dispatched.
Occasionally items may be out of stock; if that is the case we will email you to inform you of a delivery date and/or offer you a refund.

With regard to shipping costs, Mainland UK does not refer to the ScottishHighlands and surrounding Islands, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. Please contact us if you would like a shipping quote for these areas.
