Distance Selling Regulations give protection to consumers who shop by phone, mail order, via the Internet or digital TV.
The protection includes:

• The right to receive clear information about goods and services before deciding to buy;
• Confirmation of this information in writing;
• A cooling off period of seven working days in which the consumer can withdraw from the contract;
• Protection from credit card fraud.

The cooling off period does NOT apply to products customised to the buyers specification. Any products ordered that are personalised or customised in any way may not be retur
ned or cancelled for any reason apart from a mistake by ourselves in the personalisation of the item or a faulty product made by ourselves. We will not be able to refund any purchase after the order has been made and paid for if the item is a personalised item. According to UK Law on Distance selling and online trading, consumers can't cancel if the contract is for goods ordered which will be made to the customer's specification.


In all cases - missing/faulty/incorrect or incomplete orders you must email us within two days of the delivery or expected delivery. We will do our best to resolve it. Please note any refunds will not include postage, packaging or courier charges. The customer is responsible for any return shipment charges. We do not accept returns of bespoke mirrors, which includes bespoke engraved mirrors.The shatterproof mirrors we sell are made of Acrylic, please be aware of this when ordering, they are not glass. In order to return them in the event that you are unhappy, you must leave the film on the mirror. Feel free to pull it back a little so you can see the mirror but replace it if you are wanting to return it. It must be in resaleable condition.

Personalised Gifts

Please be aware that some of these gifts may take up to ten working days to be processed. If you need your gift before this time, please email or phone us to enquire about delivery times.
If you have ordered a personalised gift and it arrives in an incorrect format we will investigate who is at fault. If you have provided incorrect information we will not be ale to bear the cost of replacement but we may be able to offer a discount for a replacement. If the fault is ours, we will replace at no extra cost to you. Refunds will not be made until goods have been returned if that is what we request.

Please be aware that in the case of personalised photo products, the size and quality of the photo provided is key to the final look of the product. A smaller photo for a larger product will need to be enlarged and will therefore loose some quality and sharpness. Note the size of the finished product and enlarge your photo accordingly for the best quality finished product before you send it to us. We cannot be held responsible for the quality of the final product if it is the fault of the original photo, be it either size or quality. Photos should be at least 1MB.

Please bear in mind you must contact us first by email in the case of any return as we may provide you with an alternative address. You may not return any item until you have emailed and we have agreed a return. We do, of course, comply with British law on Distance selling. You must return unwanted goods within 7 working days.

Please reserve the right to remove or modify any product contained in the website. Our contract with you as a buyer does not begin until the item has been dispatched.
Occasionally items may be out of stock, if that is the case we will deliver tthe product  to you as soon as it comes into stock again. If we will no longer stock the product we will email you to inform you to offer you a refund or exchange.

Any refunds will be made using the same payment method as used for the original purchase, whenever possible.

Occasionaly some products have offers on them, such as free gifts. In order to qualify for the free gift you must do what is asked of you in terms of adding that item to the basket. If you do not add it to the basket we will assume that you do not want the free gift and you will not be able to claim it at a later stage.

With regard to shipping costs, Mainland UK does not refer to the ScottishHighlands and surrounding Islands, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. Please contact us if you would like a shipping quote for these areas.
