Your credit or debit card transactions are secure at My Personalised Gifts. Every order we receive is checked against fraud as well as authentication processes before we complete it.

We utilise Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your name, address and credit card information. This technology ensures the information that passes from your computer to our payment processor (PayPal) cannot be deciphered or read in the unlikely event of someone intercepting it.

When you enter the checkout phase of your purchase you will notice a locked padlock symbol at the bottom right of your browser and the "http://" part of our address will change to "https://". The "s" in "https://" stands for "secure".

All major credit and debit cards are accepted My Personalised Gifts.

We will ask for your security code when you enter your card details. This is the last three digits on the signature strip on the back of your credit or debit card. It guarantees that you physically have the card when you order and ensures that fraudulent orders cannot be placed with your card number alone. We do not store any card details. We also use Google Checkout. You can use Google Checkout to purchase single items quickly and efficiently.

    * If you have used Google Checkout before, all you need to do is provide your Checkout username and password to buy from us.

We also use PayPal. If you have a valid PayPal account you can pay by PayPal. If you chose to pay via PayPal you will be transferred to PayPal and then back to us to complete your transaction.

We also take cheque payments. Either order online and select pay by cheque or write to us with your order and cheque. Please make cheques payable to Jill Chantry. As soon as the payment clears we'll post your order.

We do not disclose your information to outside marketing organisations or advertisers.  This information is kept strictly confidential.   Our web site does use cookies in order to keep track of your order but our shopping cart system does not remember your information for future purchases. We only collect e-mail addresses for order queries and we do not attempt to identify any individual on our list.
