It is digitally printed onto 100% cotton canvas, then museum-stretched across a chunky, solid wood frame to create a 3D wrap-around effect. These canvases are ideal as a present for a new-born baby, for naming ceremonies such as christenings, for birthdays or simply to add some colour and interest to a nursery or playroom. The personalised details you've given us are incorporated into your chosen design. This means creating styles, fonts and sizing to make sure everything looks like it was created as part of the original image. The frame is built according to the size you've selected using chunky 4cm thick stretcher bars (approx 1.75 inches). This helps create the great 3-D effect.Then it is digitally printed using the completed design using UV resistant inks onto 100% cotton canvas. It's then stretched over the frame so that the edges are gallery-wrapped - so you can see the art from any angle - making sure no detail is lost from the front. This enhances the 3D effect. The work is tidied, sprayed with a protective layer, and a fixing added (no strings or wires) so it's ready to hang, and then package it protectively and send it out to you. |
