Delivery Charges

When you spend £50.00 or more with us your order will qualify for FREE Standard UK Delivery. Outside of this, our delivery prices are sorted into bands. Each product is either in Band A, Band B, or Band C. The individual prices for which are detailed below.

UK Standard Delivery - personalised and dispatched within 3-10 working days.
UK Special Delivery - personalised and dispatched with 1-2 working days*.

If you purchase more than one item in a band, and the cost is still below £5.99, the delivery cost could go up to the next band. This will depend on the total weight of your order. If multiple items are purchased, the delivery is capped at £5.99 for Standard UK Delivery, £9.99 for European Delivery, and £13.99 for Worldwide Delivery, meaning this amount will be the most you'll have to pay for delivery to your area.

The total amount you pay for delivery will be calculated for you in your shopping basket once you have selected a delivery option from the dropdown box.


Outside Mainland United Kingdom

With regard to shipping costs, Mainland UK does not refer to the Scottish Highlands and surrounding Islands, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. Please contact us if you would like a shipping quote for these areas, or add the item to your basket, pay as normal and we can send you a Paypal invoice for the additional amount. You have the option to cancel the order with a full refund if you do not wish to pay the additional amount quoted.

A very few heavy items will incur extra charges when shipping outside of the UK. This is due to excess weight allowances for packages sent overseas. If this is the case, we will inform you by email that a PayPal invoice will be sent with the additional amount to be paid. If you do not wish to pay the extra amount then we will cancel the order and refund the whole amount already paid. An example of this is our Wallpaper Murals. Outside the UK these incur an additional charge of £10 which will be invoiced for after your order is placed.


Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch all orders as fast as we possibly can. Please bear in mind, however, that personalised items are all handmade to order and therefore take time to to be made. Personalised products need to be manufactured to your requirements before they can be packed up and dispatched, and due to the various production processes involved some orders will take longer then others to make. Most products are processed and dispatched within 3 working days. Some may take up to 10 working days. We use Royal Mail to deliver our products.

*Some clothing items cannot be dispatched in 1-2 working days for special delivery, they may take 3-4 working days.

We recommend that if it is important you receive your order by a specific date, please email us to check that we are able to fulfil your requirements.


Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you will be satisfied will all your purchases. In the unlikely event of this not being the case, in the first instance, please email us.

If you would like to return any non personalised items, you must email us with your intention to do so within 7 days of receipt. We may give you an alternative address to return the item to. The customer is responsible for any return shipment charges.

We do not accept returns of bespoke mirrors, which includes bespoke engraved mirrors. The shatterproof mirrors we sell are made of Acrylic, please be aware of this when ordering, they are not glass. In order to return them in the event that you are unhappy, you must leave the film on the mirror. Feel free to pull it back a little so you can see the mirror but replace it if you are wanting to return it. it must be in resaleable condition.

If you have ordered a personalised gift and it arrives in an incorrect format we will investigate who is at fault. If you have provided incorrect information we will not be able to bear the cost of replacement but we may be able to offer a discount for a replacement. If the fault is ours, we will replace at no extra cost to you. If there is no fault, we do not accept returns on personalised items.
